A travel and personal blog which covers the adventures of a girl living in a hut stumbling into adventures with zero grace.

 

After growing up as a military kid, Morgan was no stranger to travel. By the time she turned 21, it came as no surprise to her family when she packed her bags to study abroad in London. Though she was there to obtain an International Relations Minor, she spent most of her time traveling around the UK and Europe. It was even less of a shock when she called her family one weekend visiting Scotland announcing she was never leaving. Morgan spent the next 4 years back and forth between the US and Scotland, ultimately obtaining a masters in Media, Communications, and International Journalism from the University of Glasgow.

 

With a BSc in Film and a new diploma under her belt, she felt ready to take on the next adventure. She moved back to the States to be close to family and apply for the next thing the universe had in store. Little did she know it would involve living in a hut for 2 years...

 

Morgan is psyched as she currently volunteers with Peace Corps. She is volunteering as a Primary Teacher Trainer in Vanuatu for 27 months. Her blog, site, and social media reflects her personal experience through this huge life change but is not an official Peace Corps blog and therefore everything stated here is not an official representation or view of the Peace Corps.
